The Capitals of Southern Angola - Individual

Option A – Airplane At a time to be arranged, meet at the domestic airport in Luanda for check-in and boarding for the flight to Catumbela Airport. Reception and transfer to the hotel in Lobito. Afternoon free. Dinner (not included) and overnight at the hotel. Economy class flight Luanda – Catumbela – Luanda (please contact us to benefit from our special rates). Option B – Car Luanda – Cabo Ledo – Porto Amboim – Sumbe – Benguela Depart early in the morning at a time to be arranged towards the Kwanza River estuary with a stop at the Miradouro da Lua. We cross the Kwanza River and continue our journey to Porto Amboim with a stop for lunch by the sea (not included). After lunch, we proceed to the Binga Waterfall, where we will make a brief stop (1h), and if the weather allows, a small boat ride. Continue to Lobito. Dinner (not included) and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, we will explore the city of Red Acacias, with a visit to the National Museum of Archaeology, the Church of Nossa Senhora do Pópulo, the Cathedral, and a stop by the iconic Praia Morena. Visit the Salina. After lunch (not included) at a local restaurant, we return to Lobito, passing by the dam at the Cavaco River and a stroll through the Restinga. Free evening. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, departure towards Lubango. Passing through Chongoroi, Quilengues, Cacula. Picnic lunch on the way. Arrival in Lubango, check-in, dinner (not included), and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, city tour of Lubango, known as the city of knowledge, with visits to the city center, the Cathedral, the Regional Museum of Huíla, Nossa Senhora do Monte, and the city garden. After lunch (not included), our visit will end at the first wonder of Angola, "Tundavala", where we will enjoy the sunset. Return to the hotel, dinner (not included), and overnight.

Free day for personal activities. Themed dinner with local dishes and traditional dances at a restaurant in the city. Optional 1 – Half-day visit to the Mumuila tribe After breakfast, depart for the Chibia region to meet the local tribe and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Optional 2 – Half-day visit to the Fenda do Alto Bimbe Visit to the Fenda do Alto Bimbe and the Zootécnico Waterfall (2h walk).

After breakfast, at a time to be arranged, depart for Namibe, passing by Cristo Rei, the Serra da Leba viewpoint, and descending the Serra da Leba with a stop at the informal Mangueiras market to observe the local population, Mumuilas, and Himba shepherds. Lunch in Namibe (not included), city tour, and free afternoon. Evening stroll and dinner (not included) by the seaside. Overnight at a hotel in the city.

Today will be dedicated to the world's oldest desert. We will head to the fishing town of Tômbwa, passing through the Curoca hills and the Lagoon of Arcs. Lunch in Tômbwa. Return along the coastline with the possibility to observe the Welwitschia Mirabilis, the millenary plant found only in this region. Return to the hotel in Moçâmedes for dinner (not included) and overnight.

Option A – Airplane Free morning and at a scheduled time, transfer to Namibe domestic airport for check-in and boarding formalities for the return flight to Luanda with a regular TAAG flight. Option B – Continuation of our services Namibe – Benguela (403 km, 6h) After breakfast, departure towards Benguela via Bentiaba, Lucira, Dombe Grande, Baia Farta, Benguela. Picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at Lodge Kapembawé - Talamajamba - Baia Farta – Benguela Province.

Option B – Car After breakfast and at a scheduled time, return to Luanda. Stop in Porto Amboim for lunch. Arrival in Luanda by the late afternoon. Option C – Airplane At 5:30 AM, meet at the hotel reception for a Game Drive (1h30), followed by breakfast. At a scheduled time, transfer to Catumbela airport for check-in and boarding formalities for the flight to Luanda. End of our services or extension.
